A versatile slide ruler calculator for all your graphic, copy and type needs. The Gaebel Copy-Type Computer was designed and is produced by GEI International, Inc. (formerly Gaebel Enterprises, Inc.).
This calculator features scales in points, elite, number of characters, spaces, point size, picas, typewriter characters, typewriter lines, number of words, type and copy.
With this slide rule it is possible to calculate:
How much copy is required for a specified type size and space.
What size type is required for copy ad space.
How much space is required for specified copy and type size.
In addition to calculating the above there are pica typewriter line, type point, elite and standard typewriter scales on the edges of the calculator which may be used for the direct measurement of copy and artwork.
