Description
Easily find the center of a workpiece with these rulers that have special zero centered measuring scales. Simply position the ruler so that you have the same reading on both the left and right sides of the workpiece. The center of the workpiece will be located at the zero mark on the ruler.

This ruler is single sided with a 'non skid' cork back . The front features two 'zero centered' inch scales with a smallest graduation of 1/16". The back of the ruler features a cork backing to prevent skidding and slippage. The cork back also raises the edge of the ruler from the work surface which enable inked lines to be drawn without smudging.
Please note from the picture, the scales on the top and bottom edges of this ruler are reversed so that whichever scale is used, it always is on the top edge and reads correctly.
The ends of the ruler have rounded corners for safety and a 1/4” diameter hang hole at one end. The ruler is 1.125" (28.6mm) wide. Stainless Steel thickness is 0.020” (0.508mm), overall thickness with the cork backing is 0.055" (1.397mm).
This ruler is available only in a 15" length. The overall length is 15" and the scale reads from 0 to 7 1/2" to the left of zero and from 0 to 7 1/2" to the right of zero.
All graduations and markings are etched and black filled.
